BRP Ordered to Pay US $46 Million Over Patent Infringement Suit
The U.S District Court for the Southern District of Florida has rendered its decision with respect to a patent infringement lawsuit between Valcourt, Québec-based BRP and Minneapolis, Minnesota-based Arctic Cat.
